What are the three different Scent Spaces?

We offer our fragrances in three Scent Spaces: Personal (soft and intimate), Expressive (balanced and noticeable), and Bold (intense and room-filling), allowing you to control your scent's projection.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Standard domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for full-sized bottles. To ensure satisfaction, we recommend starting with our Exploration Kits, as opened or used full-sized bottles must meet specific criteria for a refund.

Are Commodity fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, all Commodity fragrances are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We do not test on animals, nor do we work with ingredient suppliers who do.

Do you offer international shipping from the US store?

The US store currently ships to the United States and Canada. For orders to the UK or Europe, please visit our dedicated regional websites to ensure the best shipping rates and local customs handling.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Because we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, we have a very limited window for changes. Please contact our support team immediately, though we cannot guarantee modifications once an order enters fulfillment.
