Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

Print Your Label

Select the item you wish to return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack the unused fragrance in its original box and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
